Bike Box Documentation

This box records synchronized video, LiDAR, and sensor data on a ride, paired with a phone that carries its own camera and GPS. Everything here is written for whoever is actually using the rig — mounting it on a bike, running it on a ride, and getting the data off it afterward.

This site is being updated from an existing installation document — the written instructions are current, but many of the original screenshots were of an older version of the app/web interface. Pages with an out-of-date screenshot are marked inline; hardware photos (frame mounting, charging) are unaffected since the physical assembly hasn't changed.
